New Vice President appointed for the Interuniversity Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Educ

Professor Jesús Estupiñán Ricardo has been appointed as Vice President of the "Dr. Otto Federico von Feigenblatt" Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Education by Professor Fernando Garcia, Rector of CUGS University of Mexico. The Secretariat of the Interuniversity Lecture series is located at the main campus of CUGS University in Mexico City. The position of Vice President is the second highest in the structure of the Interuniversity Lecture series and the role includes outreach with regional intergovernmental organizations and educational institutions. Professor Jesús Estupiñán Ricardo is one of the most highly cited researchers in South America and the Interuniversity Lecture Series authorites have decided that he is the best candidate for this important job.
